This schedule allows participants to start their day with a yoga practice session, followed by a short break before engaging in the yoga lab for hands-on learning and exploration.
OUR FOOD
Our kitchen offers a varied menu, local and organic where possible. Southeast Asian inspired dishes, home-made with love.
Food is not included in the price, a menu selection can be chosen from at differing price points - fully flexible.
Our standard buffet style meals can be provided at 950 baht per person per day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually a smoothie or juice, with a large buffet brunch and dinner. Options for higher budgets are available.
Our menu is vegan as standard, sometimes with optional, clearly marked vegetarian sides. We source our ingredients locally whenever possible, often from our own garden.
We cook with coconut oil only, no msg added.
