Eyal Yoga Community

Eyal Yoga Community

An online space for integrated yoga practice

I’m inviting you into a way of practicing that brings things together

practice that unfolds steadily, with space to ask questions, reflect, and deepen understanding over time.

Āsana, shared text reading, breathing and meditation, spiritual teaching, and non-dual philosophy,  practiced together, with time for conversation and questions.

This community is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who are curious, reflective, and interested in deepening both their practice and understanding, on and off the mat.

Why I Created This Community

Over the years, I’ve seen how yoga matures when its elements are allowed to meet.

When movement, breath, meditation, and understanding inform one another, practice becomes clearer and more supportive, both in practice and in daily life.

I created Eyal Yoga Community as a steady place to return to, to inquire, and to stay with what’s essential over time.

Eyal Chehanowski

I’m Eyal Chehanowski

My work is shaped by long-term practice, study, and teaching.
I studied Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga within traditional lineages. Alongside yoga, I studied Structural Integration (Rolfing) and other bodywork approaches.

These studies continue to inform how I work with anatomy, support, therapeutic sensitivity, and integration.

I teach workshops and 200- and 500-hour teacher trainings internationally. I support teachers and practitioners in clarifying practice and teaching through an integrated approach.

Eyal Yoga Community reflects how I teach: steadily, relationally, and over time.
