Train in the Spiritual Heartland of Yoga
Hampi is one of the world's most sacred yoga landscapes. Training here means more than technique — it means practicing in yoga's cultural home, absorbing its philosophy, and learning to teach with authentic understanding and confidence.
You will learn Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa flow, alignment principles, pranayama, and hands-on adjustments. You'll study functional anatomy and biomechanics so you teach safely. You'll explore subtle-body philosophy and learn how to guide students beyond the physical. Everything is taught through direct practice and experience, not theory alone.
You'll learn Mysore-style practice, which means working with your own body's structure and ability not forcing yourself into poses that don't fit. This is how yoga is meant to be taught.
