A Deep Journey Into Yoga Practice & Tradition
Hampi is one of India’s most sacred landscapes, filled with ancient temples and a timeless spiritual atmosphere. This training blends physical practice, inner exploration, and cultural immersion - grounding you in the foundations of traditional Yoga while developing modern teaching skills.
You will study Ashtanga (Primary + selected Intermediate elements), alignment, pranayama, biomechanics, hands-on adjustments, subtle-body studies, and yoga philosophy - all in a clear, experiential, practice-based approach.
